Sainik School Kodagu Admission 2024 (Karnataka) Started
The Sainik School Kodagu Admission Notification 2024-25 has been released on 07 November, 2023. Starting date and Final Date to Apply Online are 16 December 2023. Eligible aspirants can only apply online and appear in the entrance exam on January 21, 2024.
Sainik School Kodagu Admission Procedure 2024 is available in November month. Eligible and interested candidates can submit the admission form before the closing date in the respective Sainik School; otherwise, after the due date, candidates can not appear for the entrance exam and fail to get admission to Sainik Schools.
All the students who wish to take up admission to Sainik School Kodagu class 6th and 9th Standards have to appear for an All India Sainik School entrance examination 2024 that the Sainik School Society will conduct.

In Sainik School Kodagu, approximately 100 seats are available for Class VI and 40 for Class IX for 2024-25 (Tentative List of Seats Availability). The number of seats can be changed or modified by Sainik School Kodagu.
Karnataka Sainik School Kodagu Admission 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Age limit and Academic Qualification: To be admitted to class 6th, the boys/girls birth date should fall between April 01, 2012 to March 31, 2014 as on March 31, 2024 (10 to 12 years).
And for admission in class 9th, the date of birth must be April 01, 2009 to March 31, 2011; both dates are inclusive (13 to 15 years) as on March 31, 2024, and studying in 8th Standard is eligible to apply.
Selection Procedure: Admission shall be granted based on the result of the entrance examination and the interview related to medical fitness. However, there can be a change in the pattern and the qualification grounds as before modifying the authority’s rules. In case of a change, you shall get a notification from the official website of the authority. We will also inform you here if the Sainik School Society makes any changes.
Sainik School Kodagu Annual Fees Details: Annual Fees is Rs.169951/- including Tuition Fee and Messing Charges. Generally, a Hike of 5% to 10% is likely in subsequent years.

Sorry your son is not eligible to apply without qualifying the 5th standard. Appearing students are also eligible to apply but finally they have to clear the exam of 5th class.
